Our group serves the undergraduate curricula in the Department of Mechanical Engineering Educators at the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education and conducts a broad scope range of research into both fundamental and applied areas of fluid mechanics. The research conducted within the group encompasses issues in aerodynamics, incompressible flow turbomachines, renewable energy, energy saving and learning tools for fluid mechanics. Members of our group have expertise in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) as well as experimental measurement techniques, hot-wire anemometry and laser Doppler anemometer. Our group can offer services in the fields of its expertise such as design of experimental facilities, measurement devises and laboratory equipments.
